Susan Todd
Susan Todd is the founder and principal of Solstice Sustainability Works Inc. and director of The Accountability Project. Susan is a respected voice on sustainability management, reporting and assurance. Her varied roles - accountant, environmental consultant, trainer and sustainability advisor - provide her with a triple bottom line perspective on sustainability and a wealth of practical experience to back it up.

Susan has mastered a rare blend of hard and soft sustainability skills, including the rigour of management systems and the dynamics of stakeholder engagement. Her ability to both see the big sustainability picture and finesse the organizational details of implementation has made her a valued advisor. Susan has advised clients through many stages, from first articulating their sustainability vision, to developing formal reporting and accountability systems.

David Simpson
David is Solstice's partner in The Accountability Project (TAP), our training initiative. David is the Director of InterPraxis, a Toronto based socio-economic consulting firm. David's dynamic training style is bolstered by a strong background in adult learning, stakeholder engagement, international development and sustainability assurance.

Brenda Taylor
Brenda heads up the Solstice sustainable sport practice and is chief advisor on forestry and eco-system management. Brenda is a double Olympic gold medallist in rowing (1992 Barcelona), a sport administrator and environmental consultant. She combines an athlete's perspective, discipline and culture of excellence with a sport administrator's understanding of the practical realities and challenges facing event organizers. To this she adds the knowledge and expertise of an environmental management professional.

Prior to developing the sustainable sport practice, Brenda advised clients on forest ecosystem management, evaluating the effectiveness of forest plans, practices and policies, and applying adaptive management.
